By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following guidelines:  

1. Refund Policy:
   Tickets are non-refundable due to the commitments with catering and vendors. Please keep this in mind before purchasing your tickets. You may transfer or sell your ticket to another person if they are 18 or older. Tickets will be refunded only if the event is cancelled. In the event the date is moved due to unexpected extreme weather, venue malfunctions, or other unforseen events, tickets will be transferrable to the new date. Please email KaitrinAcuna@gmail.com if you would like to request a date-change refund.

2. Photo & Video Release:
   By purchasing an event ticket, you agree to Kaitrin Acuna and partnered vendor(s) using any photographs and/or video footage of any/all attendees at the event. Content may be used on social media, news releases, publications, online, and in other communications related to the event or future events. If this is a concern, please consider your costume elements including masks and makeup as this is encouraged these events. You may ask a photographer not to take pictures of you, but we cannot guarantee you will not be in the background of photos.

3. Dress Code & Props/Accessories:
   Nudity, sexually explicit outfits, explicit/overt kinkwear, fire, weapons, prop weapons, or transferrable paint are not allowed.
   Anyone who does not follow these event guidelines is subject to removal during the event. We will not tolerate discrimination, bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, cat calling, racism, transphobia, homophobia, or aggression. Any one who is causing damage, discrimination, or disrespect will be removed (without refund) and not allowed to return to the event or future events. 

4. Alcohol: You must be 21 or older to order alcohol. No outside alcohol allowed.

5. Lost & Found:
   We will do our best with helping locate lost items. If you misplaced something, please talk to any staff or venue employee. We cannot guarantee a missing item will be found. Kaitrin Acuna is not responsible for unattended personal items. Please keep personal items on your person, or leave in your car. 

6. All effort will be made to prevent injury, and to create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment. Kaitrin Acuna is not responsible for any injuries obtained at the event.

7. Agreement By purchasing a ticket and attending, you agree to these terms.
