Join Kaitrin & Ever for an afternoon of fantasy at Gillette’s Castle!
Welcome to the Castlecore Fantasy Shoot, a collaboration between Photographer Kaitrin Acuna (@KaitrinAcuna) and Filmmaker Ever Desautels (@ohyouknowellie)! We will spend an Autumn afternoon at Gillette's Castle State Park, shooting individual and group photos, as well as videos.

Parking: Free, park at the top lot, past the pond lot
Attire: Whatever makes you most excited to prance outside of a castle. Fae, ballgown, armor, shakespearean, it all goes—though this is a State Park, so nothing too risque for this one.
Food: Snacks and Drinks Provided. Let us know your dietary needs!

PHOTOS + VIDEOS
Kaitrin has been a full time photographer since 2015, specializing in fantasy weddings and portraiture and Ever makes movie magic fantasies into a reality with their film work. Attendees will receive 10-15+ edited, high resolution fantasy photos of themselves, 2-3 video sketches, and several group photos. Ever will create one story-driven film and two portrait films for each of you--so bring yourself, your nerve to perform, and they'll do the rest! Photos will be delivered within 2 weeks of the shoot via online gallery for downloads, and your films will be delivered within 9 weeks.
TIME AND RAIN DATE
Please do your best to be on time or a few minutes early, as the park closes at sunset (about 5:45pm) and we want to maximize our time! The event starts at 2:30pm. Our rain date is the following day, November 2nd at 3pm. Rain Reschedules will be announced via email and on instagram @KaitrinAcuna.
PARKING
Please Park at the top lot, up by the castle! Keep driving past the lot down by the pond, then continue forward towards the castle. Parking is free.
FURTHER INFO
Attendees are encouraged to arrive dressed in their outfits, or to arrive early and assemble their final pieces once arrived. Attire is whatever makes you excited to prance around the grounds of a castle: ballgowns, armor, shakespearan getups, fae wear, witchy ensembles, gothic, jesters, knightly--it's whatever you wish. Feel free to go all out.
We will be on the castle grounds and on its walkway areas, but not inside the castle. If you have accesibility needs, the park offers all terrain wheelchairs, which are available if arranged in advance. Snacks and drinks will be provided!
The park has composting restrooms on site. The restrooms are not gender neutral, and we can make sure you have a bathroom buddy if you would like. Both event organizers are non-binary and understanding of such things!
